International flights into Freetown International Airport (FNA) are the primary entry point. Most travelers connect through major African or European hubs. Detailed travel arrangements and recommendations will be provided to registered participants.
🏨 Accommodations
Housing arrangements will be coordinated through our ministry partnerships in Kanawa. Accommodations prioritize safe, comfortable, and culturally immersive experiences that support Kingdom community.
🗓️ Duration & Dates
Mission duration and specific dates are under development. Final scheduling will be announced to registered participants. Missions typically span 7-14 days depending on ministry focus and participant availability.
💰 Costs & Financial Support
Mission participation includes flights, accommodations, meals, and local transportation. Financial assistance and payment plans are available. Detailed cost breakdowns will be provided upon registration.

Personal Responsibilities
Each approved participant is responsible for:
- • Purchasing his or her own international airfare
- • Obtaining a valid passport
- • Securing any required visa
- • Recommended vaccinations and medications
- • Personal travel insurance
- • Personal spending money
Shared Team Expenses
Mission participants will equally share approved in-country expenses, which may include:
- • Ground transportation
- • Van rental
- • Fuel
- • Hotel accommodations (when overnight lodging is required)
- • Transportation to ministry locations
✓ There are NO mission deposits.
Health & Travel Advisory
Travel requirements vary by country. Participants are responsible for consulting their physician or local health department regarding recommended immunizations, malaria prevention, medications, and current travel health advisories.
YMR Global Network recommends reviewing current travel guidance from the CDC and the U.S. Department of State before international travel.
